Cho Jaensan is a chocolate product made from native Balinese cocoa beans, to be precise, cocoa beans from Jembrana, unlike other chocolate products on the market where the raw material is not purely made from cocoa beans which of course can affect a very cheap price but if consumed it is not good for health.

Cho Jaensan is an acronym from Balinese which means chocolate jaen san, delicious chocolate that has produced several chocolate variants.

Here is a pretty nice and authentic chocolate factory. It was really interesting to see the process of manufacturing and the chocolate tastes delicious. They have a small shop where you can buy different types of chocolate and chocolate powder for drinking.
